For a year or so Basil had no idea what we did every night at the dinner table until we thought of giving him pizza bones - big mistake! After that he was a true chow hound. This blog is dedicated to him.

More Scallops
Here's another version of my favorite protein:
Seared Scallops with Tomatoes and
Truffle-Poblano Vinaigrette
(from my good ole Goat cookbook).
I added potato puree and snap peas for a more rounded dish.
